Alumni of the Psi Chapter of Sigma Nu,
My name is Hank Carmichael, and I am the new Alumni Relations Chair. I want to start out saying that I hope all of you had a great holiday season and got to spend a lot of time with your loved ones.

This upcoming fall of 2013 will be a big milestone for the Psi Chapter, as we will be having the 125th Anniversary of its founding in October of 1888. Each year, as you all know, we have

an alumni and parents tailgate, and it is always our biggest and best one of the year. This fall, in addition to that, we will also have a banquet that evening, which obviously you and your family are welcome to attend. While we are still in the planning stages and working out dates, locations, and things of that nature, I am hoping that all of you plan on attending in order to come and celebrate the longevity of the Psi Chapter. More details will come shortly, once we have discussed our ideas with the Alumni Advisory Board, but both Kyle Ancharski, our current Eminent Commander, and I have extremely high hopes for this event, and will hopefully be one of the largest, if not the largest, event we have had in recent memory.We will also be hosting a tailgate and alumni and parents cocktail this spring for the UNC spring football game in mid-April. We will once again be renting out the Great Room at the Franklin Hotel, just as we have in years past. Last year's spring alumni tailgate and cocktail turned out to be a great success, and I think with our strong alumni support, this year's will be too.
