Taking Time to Hang with Dad
On Saturday, March 24th, our chapter hosted our first annual Dad’s Day, an event where brothers’ Dads were invited out to the house for a tailgate style event. Although the weather was poor, the turnout was great, and the Dad’s had a great time drinking and conversing with other Dad’s and their sons.  Big Sam (our chef) did a delicious low-country broil for lunch.  There was also a silent auction in the chapter room in which we raised over $1400 for Pancreatic Cancer Research.  Overall, Dad’s Day was a great success, and we plan on continuing the event for the next couple years.
